Men manicuring their nails

One of the things most ladies would want their men to have is clean nails. A small research carried out on 5 ladies found out that 4 of them would prefer a man who would take good care of his nails rather than one who would keep biting them. Although this is hypothetical, if we were to translate this to the world population, it would mean that 90% of ladies would prefer men who kept their nails clean rather than the ones who ignore theirs.

From this, we can clearly see that have clean nails is one of the essentials of the man in this day and age. This is especially so for those men who work in places where they hands are used rigorously like construction sites. This is because one would need to keep scrubbing their nails and fingers so that the dirt that is in the nails can be removed. There also happen to be a few men (and in this case I mean very few) who, while taking a shower, will take time and clean their finger nails. Well, this is good for a start. These men use fingernail brushes, which are available in various stores including pharmacists and chemists.

Another way in which may take care of their nails is by trimming them. It has been recommended that a bi-weekly trimming of the finger nails would be good for a start for men. It would be good to trim the tips of the nails and part of the sides. The trimming should be followed with careful filing of the edged to give a good curve and to get a comfortable length. Sometimes, cuticles from the skin protrude and may tempt one to remove them. This should not be done because one may be tempted to keep biting them and may make the fingers look ugly. The cuticles should be pushed back using a few drops of cuticle oil and cotton bud.
